OK, if I find proper pinion preload, by finding proper backlash first.
THEN I go and tighten the pinion nut down to spec which is 250 ft/lbs.
How bad is this torqueing the nut down gonna mess up my proper pinion preload?
I obviously didnt tighten my pinion nut tight enough last time... cause it vibrated loose and ruined the gears.
