TRUE on the standard and letting the clutch out but theres one thing a clutch cannot do multiply torque
for instance a 3500 stall when is what i would suggest by the way , with a 2.1 STR stock stall ratio would mean
200 ftlbs at engine at a given rpm below stall equals 420 to the trans input shaft.
and auto with right rear gears and right converter stall is the fastest of the two
just some info and we will have converters for the SIX listed monday FYI

Pricing for the V6 9.5 inch converters is the same as our v8 converters on our site FYI

under 3000 priced as 3000 over 3000 priced as a 3500 over 3500 priced as a 4000 etc etc

i think i understand that but i dont know. id want the 3500 for my car. are they the same for a v8 to v6? how would i order one for a 6?

it has to be specific for a v6.

Make sure to get an aftermarket tranny cooler if you don't already have one. My gas mileage was affected a little by my 3000 stall.

Hey dmw, I just got an e-mail from Fuddle Racing in response to my e-mail asking what TC to they recommend for 2001 Camaro V6 w/ Powerdyne Supercharger and eventually an XP Hot Cam and they wrote the following;

3000 is a pretty decent level stall, sicne its probably still your daily driver they are keeping your fuel consumption in mind.

3000 isnt bad. but 3500 is better. haha. although, this is my DD. we will see how things go.
