my 1995 camaro has the 3.8 engine, unfortunately, its a one wheel wonder. I was curious if there are any easy/cheap ways to get both wheels spinning, either with posi or limited slip?

Re: cheap ways to get both wheels spinning?
Isn't posi and lsd the same thing? posi which is short for positive traction and lsd for limited slip differential. They do the same exact thing, so I was under the impression that they are the same thing.
How can you make your own posi? Is there a writeup or any article on it that I could read to get a better understanding on how I could make one?

Re: cheap ways to get both wheels spinning?
Are you talking about 4x4's and locking in their tires? That's just them enabling their lsd on each tire.
A few names that I know off hand that are the same exact thing in this category are:
Limited Slip Differential
Posi (Posi-Traction)
Traction-Loc and maybe Detroit Locker(same concept, but someone has stated that it possibly may have a few different parts in it)
Sure Grip
These are all the same thing, just different companies naming them to suit them better I would suppose.

Re: cheap ways to get both wheels spinning?
LSD and Posi are similar, but not the same. LSD is better on tires because it will allow wheels to turn at different speeds as long as there is traction. When traction is lost then it will act as a posi. Posi does not allow the wheels to ever turn at different speeds.
