i have on its way a set of 3.42 gears and lsd it came out of a 1998 z28 is there any other part i am going to need for the swap?

LSD Additive...you need to add that with the diff. fluid...look in your manual1999 Camaro Z/28

bearings and shims, at least. Also, unless he has like an Auburn-style differential, he doesn't need gear oil with special additivesComment

the LSD that's in the 1998 y-87 is the Auburn, so I would imagine that would be in the SS as well...1999 Camaro Z/28
