what tranny oil are you guys using?

im about to do my tranny fluid change...its a m5 with 160,000 miles on it....i really dont drive it much but its kinda like a emergency car....:cool: ...so i dont want to spend alot on royal purple but something decent or good like mobil will be fine.....so what type of brand of fluid are you guys using for your trannys?

just use something that is an eqivilant of DEXRON®-III automatic trans fluid. GM recently switched to DEXRON®-VI and can be used in place of DEXRON®-III. suppose to be better. It should say DEXRON® on the bottle and is sold by others than just GM

I use valvoline it works great and only like 4 bucks a quart...I just buy a cases though you only need 7 quarts if your just changing fluids. I like having extra though my bro ends up stealing it..

But yeh DEXRON-III

Im gonna be using Royal Purple trans fluid soon when I put in the new stall.
