Clutch, Master & slave installed

Just took her for a ride with the Centerforce DF and I like it.
Poly trans mount & Poly torque arm bushing give a little vibration
but not to bad. The only thing i am not sure about is the fact that the
clutch does not grab till about the last 3" of travel. Old clutch grabbed about half way up. Is this right? It feels like it my slip if I thrash it, but I will let it break-in for 500 miles before that happens.

Did you have the flywheel re-surfaced?

It"s brand new and I believe the pedal is to high.
