  • 93 Formula - 98 Stock

    Thats my question, My friend demolished his 93 formula firebird :slap: and was wanting to know if i wanted to buy anyparts before he junked it. I was wondering about his rear axle. will It fit on my 98 v6? Id like to have the LSD and i think it has diffrent gears. what do you guys think. PLEASE TELL ME SOON. hes going to junk it friday!

    it'll physically fit, if it's the right channel brakes....whether you want it or not depends on what's inside of it. Check the RPO sticker

      even if your car is 3 channel (non traction control) and his is 4 channel (traction control) you can convert your wiring harness to have the abs techniclly function by reading off of the driver side sensor, so if its posi go and get that thing well help you make it work

        Front and rear calipers/rotors are different. Rear axle shafts are different lengths.

          i have a 97 camaro 3.8L and have a 96 Z28 rear end...with the 3.8L axle shafts inside....

            93-97 and 98-02 are different.

              So how much effort and CA$H am i going to put into this? And is it worth it?
