    hey guys i am gonna be installing my auburn lsd in the next few days and i have been using royal purple Max-Gear 75W90 for the rear but i heard i can't use that with an auburn LSD it will be noisy so what gear oil should i use with the GM brand LSD fluid.. thanks for all help :)

    It is important when installing Auburn differentials that a high quality, non-synthetic 80w90 GL-5 oil, treated with GM or Ford limited-slip additive (also known as friction modifier) be used. Three ounces of additive will treat one quart of oil.
