Ok i have a POSI out off a LT1 . i have 3.42's on a open diff in my V6. I have the bearings and shimms that came with the POSI .
Will i beable to use the shimms that are already in my car with the posi couse i am using my same gears?
Or will i need to use the ones with the posi?
Or will i need a install kit?
I rebuild my rear just a few thousand miles ago new bearings shimms and reset the the ponion.
for just the diff. swap you wont need anything new but just make sure the bearings on the carrier are good....other than that doing just the diff. is fairy easy
