t-5 tremec vs t-5 borgwarner?

is there any difference? i know that tremec bought out borg warner, but i was just wondering if there is a difference between the 2

Abbott long tubes,homemade true duals,slp ram air,whisper lid,eibach springs,kyb shocks,BMR subframe connectors, BMR LCA reloc brackets,BMR LCAs. T-top/manual converted

Tremec is made in Mexico, BW was made in the US.
