the car is a 1995 and the motor transmission and computer is a 1996 it starts with starter fluid and when i run power to the fuel pump it kicks on but still wont start do you think there is a relay for the fuel pump thats bad.........i seen on another post on hear that u need to flase the computer do you think i need to do that or something

the car will still run even with the wrong pcm, just wont run perfect. Kinda sounds like your fuel pump is bad. Did you say the car tries to turn over? just doesnt start?

yes it turns over but wont start why is it my full pump wont come on when i turn the key on but it will when i run the jumper wire to the little lead it kicks on

i dont have a clue eithier i put a fuel pressure tester on it and to power to the lead on the passenger side and it is getting about 45 to 50 psi.... i guess i need to just start looking for that short
