what cover are you speaking of, that holds more fluid. I know you're not talking about a TA Girdle, since that cover probably holds slightly less fluid, thanks to the stud braces

the TA girdle holds around 1/2 quart more fluid than the stock cover
well, probably the TA girdle is the one I'm gonna use, or maybe the one from TrickFlow. when I wrote this thread asking about reusing the stock cover was because i was short of money lol. so short of money, that i couldn't get the chance to do the differential change.
^the bad info is the assumption made in this thread that the ABS rings of the different series were interchangeable; turns out, they are not and are carrier specific

well...thanks to you people I got the chance to do this right...lol thank you, and I wanted to ask something, aparently, according to the thread posted here, the ABS ring for a 3 series is this one:
is this one correct, because on the search does not appears practically a good description, it only says the category Electronic Brake Control. Please let me know if the search is correct.
well peopl, exactly what do i need to install an Eaton Limited-Slip Differential with 3.42 gears, because some people say some things, and some say others, and this making me very doubtful
considering how often you're corrected by board members weekly...you have no room to try and chastise me. Futhermore, if you have a personal problem with me, my PM box is always empty

^from the very thread that was linked...dunno what more we can provide for you
I'm not playing it off like i know EVERYTHING about our cars. I wish I could say that. But I would hardly say I'm corrected weekly. And I wonder why your PM box is empty.
I don't have a personal problem with you smoke.
I think the damn board does. But I can't speak for everyone.
And for all the s*** you give me, I think you can deal with a little friendly ribbing here and there.
But this is better discussed elsewhere. So back to the post at hand.
To the OP: I think that you have been provided all the information you'll need.

As I've said many, many times before: This is a technical forum, so if you have a personal problem with me, PM me about it and I promise we'll sort it out. No post you've made in this thread has any techincal bearing to the OP's questions, other than to repeat what's already been said. From the Message Board Rules and Regulations section:
If you have a problem with anyone (member, moderator, or administrator), above all else DO NOT post about it on the board! Issues should be handled in the following manner based on their nature:
# If you have a personal problem with a member, please e-mail that member privately. Personal arguments on the board are not tolerated under any circumstances. If you are not mature enough to handle dealing with that member on the board in a civilized fashion then chances are you are not mature enough to post on the board in the first place. No, you're not going to get along with everyone--deal with it.
