Well it rained here last week (doesn't rain much in Phoenix) and as i was leaving the gas station, i floored it to see how far i could slide. BAD IDEA.
Halfway thru the slide i heard a loud bang then a lot of rattling. When i got home I took off the cover and found that the teeth on the side gears were gone. My car is also stock with added weight from subs and wheels
How was the fliud level?
I can't see that happening unless it was well overheated or something got jammed in there and broke loose. A stock car shouldn't have that problem, especially in the rain.
Nope, it's impossible... :omg: except in this case.

How was the fluid level? How many miles on the car?
