Clicking from clutch

alright , well the other day i was driving and i noticed a clicking sound coming from the car, what i also noticed is that when i slightly put pressure on the clutch pedal the sound goes away. Does this mean i need to do an adjustment on the cluth, or is the thing just going, It seems like it would be an easy fix but it's just been bothering me because it will only do it if the cars clutch does not have any presure on it. Oh and if it is my clutch should i step up to an aftermarket clutch or just buy another stock unit? Thanks in advance
