SO i going to do my clutch soon but i am realizing i dont have the money right now. I wasnt really concerned that mine was going out, i just wanted a racing clutch. now that I cant afford, Im worried that my clutch may be going out and me not replacing it soon is going to be a big mistake.
only thing is, I dont really know how to tell when your clutch it going out.
mine doesnt stick or anything. it makes a horrid squeaking sound usually when i let it up which is annoying, but Id bet thats just the pedal. and you have to let it out really far before the gears will engage, its been like this since i bought it and never really thought anything of it. but lately ive driven other stick shifts more and am finding that others arent like that at all. is this normal for our stock clutches? or is mine garbage?
