  • my poor clutch has had it

decided to let my car see 3500+ rpms today, right when it hit around 4500 the clutch started slipping

only reasonable thought is the clutch cant handle the power it is making at that rpm

time for a new one i guess, and i still have no idea what brand i want, everyone seems to have horror stories about each type

does centerforce make stock like clutches?

      does it act/feel like stock?

Why not just buy a stock replacement clutch. Is there anything wrong with them?

because i dont know what type of clutches GM uses, and they are probably much more expensive than an after market one

i ALWAYS use the stock parts GM puts on their cars, but a clutch is probably gonna be a bit too expensive

i would, but im sure they offer like 4 different bands, and i dont know which one to pick, which is why i asked in this thread.

i do not want to get a piece of crap clutch that will wear out or give me problems in 5000 miles

i put cheap rotors on my car, and they were warped within 1000 miles.. horrible
