I have a few companies that I already deal with for performance converters but it seems that the V6 variety 4L60E converters are not in the spot light like a V8 type trans uses. I just thought I would check to see what you guys are running, comments, warranty issues if any, customer service, cost, and turnaround time from date of order. I need a converter for a custom project I am working on and cant afford a 2 week downtime between the order and shipping time. Thanks to those who reply, it is greatly appreciated!

Re: Who is running which brand stall converter??
I ordered a Vigilante today. I was going to go with an Edge converter but 5 day build time and 5 day shipping was not workable for me. Fuddle is/was a great name and great price and I have left numorous messages and never got a return call so I sent off an email last week and got a reply within an hour, but never heard back as of now. Many people on other Fbody and Vette forums say the have very bad service and wait times and just arent the company they used to be which is too bad as they have a great product. Precision Industries Vigilante is a bit more pricey, but it has a full 2 year warranty and one free stall change, 3 day turnaround time and only 2 days to ship to me. They have a great track record and I have installed a few of them over the years and have always been pleased with their performance.

Re: Who is running which brand stall converter??
I've ran 3 TCI's. They are junk. Peices of ****.
I've have a Vig in my Z28 now. It seems like a quality converter.
A freind of mine has a Fuddle 4000 in his Z and its a great converter. Its kind of loose but on top end I think it feels more efficient than my Vig does. It hits hard.
My next converter will be a Yank. I'm not sure if they make them for the V6 4L60 E though.2001 V6 Camaro - VTEC Badged, Abbott Racing Heads Sticker, and Loud A$$ Exhaust

BUILT NOT BOUGHT

14.0 @ 96.44 MPH (Street Tires, Before Tranny)

http://members.cardomain.com/6pakcamaro54
