newb question regarding rearend

doing an ls1 swap on my 93 v6 camaro. will be pulling my v6 rear to install a moser 9". never done this before, and have found a few threads on uninstalling the rear, so it seems fairly easy.

so i almost feel stupid for saying this, but despite the posts i found regarding doing a rearend swap, i'm going to ask anyway (keep the laughter to a minimum).

how exactly does the rearend attach to the body of the car?? is it just attached through the panhard bar (or torque arm) and the shocks? and the shocks are bolted to the body?

thanks for any help/advice. am i close or way off?

shocks, LCAs, Torque Arm, PHR, driveshaft

and the shocks are bolted to the body?
