    For you guys that have an aftermarket servo..

    How much will a corvette servo help my 1-2 shift? Would this be better than a corvette servo like it states?

    I have DHP and a tuned transmission, but I am not getting the WOT shifting speed/power that I am wanting. Even with the tables maxed out it shifts like stock, with the time lowered to 0.1, and the pressure at 96 (I have it lowered now because I doubt that is good for it.. lol).

    Should I be looking for a shift kit + servo? Or will a servo be all I need (I am just looking for a stronger/faster 1-2 shift)?

    That servo is too much, their are cheaper ones for like $25 shipped. If you want to do it right go with a transgo shift kit , should be on ebay for like $95 shipped or something like that and do the servo for $25. That sounds about right when I bought mine both on ebay it was like around $130 together shipped. Servo will help your 1st and 2nd and the transgo will help your 3rd and 4th. When you have them installed do not mess with the line pressure in your DHP. The transgo will already up the pressure. You just need to adjust the shift properties, Mines a 96' Camaro with a 02' tranny.
    97rs4life gave me some go info on the shift properties, mine are set at .200 across the board. It is fine if you want to drive normal, but once your mash the pedal down it will put you back in your seat.LOL They are also supposed to make your tranny last longer since there is no slack when shifting gears.Good luck

      Yeah I watched the whole instructional video on the transgo HD2 4l60e kit, and it seems pretty straightforward, just time consuming.
