Does anyone know what the shiftpoints are on a 3.4 liter a4 fbody?

Are you looking for WOT?

Edit: Also, we might have to know the year, not sure. I know the 93 has the 4L60 and the 94+ have the 4L60E

this is about what mine does WOT (95 3.4 A4)

1st to 2nd: 5350
2nd to 3rd: 4600
3rd to 4th: 4100

My 1-2 shift is unnervingly long. It quits "pulling" around 4600-4650, so once the power falls off it runs up to about 5100, then creeps for about 2 seconds up to 5350 or so, screaming like i'm killing it, then shifts...i hate to run it WOT, only done it maybe 5 times since i've had the car. Also, since our transmissions have overdrives, wouldnt they technically be 5 speeds? Everytime i ever pay attention to my shifts, i count 4. 2, 3, then it'll drop a little bit, hang for a second like it's gone into 4th, and then drop on down into overdrive. Is it just hesitating on the 3-4 shift, or is the overdrive not really considered a "gear"?

IIRC, 4th gear is overdrive.
