So my cable is shot. Recently bought the car and noticed that the shifts were not the way they should be. Decided to adjust the TV cable but it is broken at the adjuster. Actually, the cable part is fine but the adjustment mechanism is screwed up with pieces missing. This cable is no longer available through the dealer and I've checked Advance and Carquest and they told me its not available aftermarket either. So anyone else ever replaced these and what did you use if you couldn't find the original? I've tried the local junk yards too, no V6 automatic birds there right now.
