Flexplate install??

So after listening to a clicky click click sound coming from my car for ever now when under load, i finally know now for sure that it is coming from in between the engine/transmission and its rattling now when idleing but only lightly, i an almost sure it is the driveplate and was wondering how big a job it is to replace, i know you have to remove the trans, but have no idea how much i should get charged or how long this will take?? any ideas would be great
