pull your tranny dip stick and see if metallica is playin some tunes down in there.

and good grief, give that poor ole thing a break, its a V6, not a performance machine!

what i do is instead of seeing how fast i can leave a readlight, i see how long i can drive without my car going over 2000 rpms, it can be done!
lmfao...can be done real easy with hp tuners...

long brake stands will kill those internal clutches. Im guessing you did lots of brake stands:rolleyes:

                  Re: Auto 4 Tranny Help

sounds like you were abuseing the **** out of it man....you could have a couple of problems with it...transmissions are hard to diagnose...expensive to fix...

sounds like you may possibly have more then a trans problem though...

learn to drive like a responsible, normal person and you might just save yourself some money...

I mean 73 in a 30?...you get your car towed and licence suspended for that over here man...you need to seriously grow up...there are other people on the road that you put at risk driving like that, and it makes us F-body owners look bad when people like you do stupid **** like that... your a huge reason why our damn insurance rates are so flippin high

                    Re: Auto 4 Tranny Help

yeah, ive had a few brake stands before... well this one should last me alot because i dont drive like a crazy fool anymore

LETZRIDE, you are completely right and looking back on it, i was an f-ing idiot and every time i think about it i regret doing it. im paying for it in more ways than one right now and that was one reason why i slowed down and re-taught myself how to drive like any sane person would. Im not saying that ill never speed again, cause hey, with an f-body its damn hard not to but never EVER to that or even close to that again. i threw out my radar detector and learned my lesson so i understand the harsh words but i got my learning once, and i dont need another lesson. i appreciate your concern though
