After I wired the stereo for some reason my hazards and my stop light stop working. I'm not sure what happened I checked my fuses and they are all good. The blinkers still work but the hazards or stop lights don't work. The weird thing is that when I turn on the car and I check the fuse for the hazard and stop light it shows that it has current but nothing happens no power to the lights. Can any one tell me guide me in the right direction?

Re: Hazards or Stop lights work
Turn signals work no problem even the running lights work aswell. Can the brake light switch cause this problem?Last edited by insaneABOT; 10-05-2009, 05:59 PM.

Re: Hazards or Stop lights work
I have this problem as well. It's not the brake light switch as long as your third brake light is working.
Your running lights, indicators, hazards and reverse lights still work right? i looked at the schematics and the rear brake lights are run through the stop/hazard switch assembly. Check the fuse first. its a 20amp fuse on the side of your dash. and go from there.96 Camaro M5.
