Re: adding fog lights
Are you looking to add factory fog lights? Or aftermarket? I could be wrong, but it seems that cars tend to be wired for everything whether they have it or not, so you may not have much wiring to do.
If you do end up doing an install from scratch, get the switch from a junkyard or something, and you will just ground them to anything close, and run a power wire straight from the battery to the lights through a relay which should be run from a wire spliced into the parking light output on the headlight switch, then through your fog light switch, and to the relay.

Re: adding fog lights
^ I think he is right, GM used a unified harness for the different powertrains which had all wires needed for all options and eqiupment whether the vehicle had them or not. Example - my 95 camaro is a 3.4 auto that did not come factory with AIR but the plug and wiring is still there for just missing the relay out of the fuse panel under the hood.

Re: adding fog lights
my car did not come with fog lights either, so me and my dad added oem fog lights. there IS NOT wiring for the fog lights if u dont have them. none of the wiring for the interior switch, nothing.
my dad wired it into a fuse (idk how/what exactly) and drilled the fire wall, and caulked around it. we put the switch where the hatch release button is for most people (mine doesnt have one)
also one of my fog lights shakes while im driving and idk why? any ideas?- sorry to thread jack

Re: adding fog lights
Yeah mine didnt come with foglights either and venom is right theres no existing harness u just gotta do that shiz urself. I spliced it into my parking lights and then to a switch( mine came with a switch, its not OEM but looks alot like it).
I have it mounted near the hatch release button too and yes one of my shakes as well but you just have to make sure theyre mounted tightly. Mine came with some hinges and stuff to mount it. I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow so you'll know what I mean.
