Direct replacement for stock bulbs. They are a lot easier than trying to rip the mirror apart to fit boards in there.

Dome/Trunk Light/Rear Seat Lights - Fixed Loop Festoon Bulb
These are a direct replacement for the blubs. I made some custom boards that I could make in small amounts for others who are not good w/ soldering. They are a lot cheaper than the festoons. Ill also post up how to make them.

Thanks fbodyrs96 , I found your post when searching for interior lights and then just cross- referenced them. I did blue just to add some show to it.

Dome light is probably the easiest to do, I can't wait for my other lights to get here.

lol yeah, I remember when i put the dome one in, I had to bend the metal clips onto the contacts so it wouldnt fall out. didnt have any problems with it either.

I also just ordered replacement LEDS in white for my corolla as well. should be fun lol

                  Re: Replacing Interior Lights

sounds good, I dont know if its been mentioned ( dun feel like checking...) but if you put the LED in and it doesnt come on, take it out and flip it and try it again before you say its DOA.

                        Re: Replacing Interior Lights

You might have to take your mirror off, you dont have to but it'll be alot easier.

I ordered a replacement mirror so it was pretty easy. I used a flat head to pop off the plastic overs, and then its 2 of 4410x9 Festoon LED Bulbs. I just carefully used the flat head to pop one side of the bulb out and then I could pull on it with my fingers the rest of the way out.

                                Re: Replacing Interior Lights

i replaced my map lights with ultraviolet led's..at a cost...i did it myself and didn't buy the plug and play from any website..i soldered resistors and everything and took the mirror out, but that's where i failed. that thing is in there good! so mine is in three pieces..anyone got a spare they can sell me? but it looks baller! although doesn't help with lighting at all :D

i can post some pics if anyone wants..but i would go the plug and play way..much safer. i was a dumbass when handling the broken glass and had a few good (deep) cuts in my thumb for a few weeks :P
