one thing I was wondering about was how did you mount those 90mm fog lights?

I'm sure you cold make some brackets out of some metal to get them to work.

Some of that info is in this thread:
        http://forum.camarov6.com/showthread...0mm+projectors

I basically took the stock fog light mounting brackets off, and took the hole that is in the bumper to run wires for the stock lights and made it bigger with a cutoff wheel and die grinder, then drilled 3 holes around it to fit the aiming mechanisms on the projectors. Not terribly hard, but a decent amount of fab work.

so you just cut the harnesses and directly spiced the wires?

it also looks like you made a metal mounting plate or something in that pick. All of the hella 90mm lights I've found don't look like they have any metal plate around the outside there

Yeah, I spliced directly into the fog light harness into the ballast and to the projectors. They metal plate is part of the aiming mechanism, it wasn't in the picture where I bought mine from either, but it came with them. I'm not sure it's entirely necessary. As long as the mounting screws it comes with attach the light, it would work just fine.

one last question, I was wondering where you put the ballasts for the HID. Where you secured it and whatnot I meant

hey dude I know this is a really old thread by now but I was wondering who you got the HID kit through for your foglights, cause I dont' feel like messing around with kits that will flicker and end up needing relays and all that bull****

I got it through eBay, but I just checked the seller and it looks like aren't around anymore. I believe I spent 120 on the kit, but that was a few years ago and the overall price has gone way down. I pretty much just went for the place with the most documentation and best warranty for a reasonable price. Although I probably can't still claim warranty through a company that went under, lol.

It was adhesive backed. You can see I cleaned up the area prior.
