  • blinkers and running lights

you know how theres two sections of the front marker lights, the inside (blinker) and outside (running light). when i start my car instead of the running lights turning on the blinker section turns on and the running lights remain off. the blinkers still work normally as far as blinking and the only way to get the running lights on is to turn on my lights( parking lights or headlights). its pretty simple just hard to put into words haha

I dont know if this relates at all but the switch in the e-brake that keeps the lights from coming on at night and also lights the brake light on the dash stopped working the other day but works again now. somethins probably just loose there but do you think its affecting my lights? thanks!!

I have absolutely no idea what you are trying to say. Please edit your post with better sentence structure.

That's actually normal, that's how the DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) work. The brighter filament of larger bulb will be on at all times unless you turn the lights on, at which point it will switch to the duller filament and work just like any other car's lights.

There are ways around it if you want to change it, but it sounds like it's working properly to me.

@ 97-RS-, we have a different dash setup so the switch is different but on your car the switch should be above the radio and below the vents, just to the right of "CAMARO."
