Whenever I come to a stop my volt meter dips down into the red and all things electrical dim. After a minute it will rise back to above 13 volts. The car seems to do fine when driving at highway or even moderate speeds. I had the alternator tested and it passed, and the battery is only a year old. Any Ideas to where I should start to trouble shoot this? The car has 200k on it but the alternator is only 4 yrs old (rebuilt).
