  • Finally Installed my HIDs!

Finally got my HID kit in the mail today from DDM tuning, a known respectable auto parts/accessories company for BMWs, Mercedes, Audi, and more. I paid like $60 for this 8000k 55w HID kit with ballasts, lifetime warranty too! Now i can finally actually see at night when i drive haha  After installing these, I will never own a car that doesnt have HIDs on it/installed!

LOoks great, I'm glad I did mine, I love having lows/highs on ay the same time with 6000K HIDS their 35W kits, there aimed right so noone flashes me at night, what HID K is like a white light instead of the blue tint? Those 8000K's look like there more white.

Nice but I would have gone with no higher than 6000k. Would have been more light output. 8000k looks blue.

Pictures are always deceiving. 8000K is considerably "bluer" than 6000K. 5000K is about as white-white as it gets. I run 4300K for peak light output; it's very white with a very slight yellow hue to it that makes the road look nicer.
