My problem is this as i come to a stop my volt meter drops to lik 8-10 volts then after i come to a complete stop id will slowly climb back to normal. This has wreaked havok with the transmision, ABS module, etc. I asssume since the alternator is internally regulated that my problems lies inside. This voltage drop has even casued my car to die going around a corner. I have an aftermarket audio system ie 1600 watts, an electric water pump and a dis-4 all added to the elictrical system on this car, im sure this is not helping my cause. Should i buy a higer amp alternator to remedy this problem and if so where can i get one? ive searched for information on them here on the forum before to no avail. If any of you have ideas please share, otherwise i'm kinda shooting in the dark.
