  • Headlight Motor rebuild problem

    Hey guys,

I recently rebuilt both of my headlight motors using the bronze gears, the rebuild went seemlessly, reistalled them, turned them on and vuala!!! They worked great! Went up with no noise or anything, and then i tried to put them down and only one side goes down (driver). The motor doesnt seem to be catching on anything, i unbolted the bracket and its like the motor isnt getting the signal to go down. Any ideas? I checked the plug for corrosion, and there was none. Had one guy say it may be the headlight control module, whatever that is. Anyway, any help would be awesome and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can send my way.

bahhh dont have my firebird anymore, id go look lol. If its not near all the fuse boxes in the engine bay, it might be somewhere near the firewall. not sure

checked Bfranker's site, he said behind drives side headlight, so where all those fuse boxes are, its gotta be right there, probably labelled.
