What would cause the wipers to only work when its set on the highest setting and nothing at all on the slower settings?

Wiring in the wand? Maybe a bad switch in the wand... you'll have to look into the wand basically. -

Its all assembled behind the wheel, lock plate, and blinked assembly. Its about a 2 hour job to take apart the first time.Comment
