I finally figured out how to read the diagram which is sad because i went to college for this about 6 yrs ago needless to say I didnt graduate. Anyways I guess my question is this. Is there a way I can just hook the toggle switch to my fans using the battery and not the other wires mentioned?

No. The fans are switched using relays. The toggle switch needs to control the power to the relays, not the fans.

I have a problem! The diagram you guys showed me has a c-100 and a c-150 cluster of wires. Well my car is a 94 obd1 and only has one cluster, I noticed on the diagram the high speed fan was the blue H wire. On the cluster it has the H hole doesnt have a wire in it.... where are the fan lines for the 94 and what color is the high speed fan wire so I can tap it
