I bought a door shell for the bird and im gonna swap everything from my old door to it except for the window motor, which is s@#$......i have a spare motor laying around so i dont have no hardware for it nor do i have a big *** rivet gun. Can anyone tell me what size bolts i can use....length. diameter

Do a search here - There are dozens of threads with everything you need for swapping out the window motor.
BTW - you should bolt in the replacement motor , not rivet it.I solemnly swear I am up to no good.
