  • Turn signal relay?

I'm having a problem with my turn signals, they don't blink. They stay solid. I'm being told that it's some kind of relay that I need to change, but when I brought it to autozone they (sounded like idiots) told me that it was an electrical problem, not a relay. Can anyone let me know if this is correct? Is there a relay? and where is this mythical part? Thanks
