I don't know if this is electrical to only f-bodies but ill give it a shot. If in incorrect place feel free to move it anyone.

My buddy has a 2004 camry and his cigarette lighter doesn't work. I checked the fuse it is good. I powered the voltmeter up and the fuse gets only 1 volt. What could this be? I could understand if it was all volts or none but it is only 1. Also, I put fuse in and checked the lighter itself and it gets a fraction. But he has a few wires running off of it so it could be those absorbing the current.

    I am so confused.
