  • Speedometer & Tach?

    When the car is turning over the speedo and Tachometer jump up in a twitchy motion. What could cause this? Under hood grounds are good as far as I know.

    Ever had the cluster out? Mine did that when I had the needles pressed against the overlay for the gauges too hard.

      No had battery disconnected for a long time. Installed a used engine and now it does it. Think it might have something to do with the battery because it is worse when the voltage is lower than 12.6.
