I dont have a pin-out for you and cant offer much help, but I can tell you what I have come across when I looked into this. The tach signal wire is white, and located on pin#10 on the red connector bolted to the pcm. Its going to be a 0-5 volt signal. I dont know what voltage your stock v6 tach reads, but I have seen guys raise the voltage of that wire for 12 volt gauges by wiring a key-on 12v wire in line with the signal wire using a .5 watt 680 ohm resistor. This did not work for me, and I will probably just get a new tach that is calibrated for 5 volts. It sounds like it is fairly simple for autometer to set one of their tach's up for this. Another option is to splice into an ignition coil signal wire on both banks and use a tach adapter. I have an autometer tach adapter, but would rather not cut into my new wiring harness if I dont have to. Something you might want to do is hook up a scanner to your car and see if the scanner is picking up any readings on what is being sent from your pcm. I havent seen my tach move yet, but the scanner is reading rpm's so I know there is at least a signal there.
As far as the speedo I am getting a reading on the V6 gauge from the LS1 pcm, but it is much lower than the speed I am driving. I should be able to adjust this via hp tuners. The VSS from your 4l60E should be sending a square wave 0-5 volt signal at a rate of 4000 ppm. I believe that is what your pcm should be set up for. I did come across a Dakota Digital universal speedo interface that can change this rate, but I dont think you'll need it. I'm told the v6 T-5 and the LS T-56 VSS send the same signal which is 17 pulses per drive shaft rev.
It should all be as clear as mud now. Sorry for the long read and no conclusions. If I come across anything helpful I'll let you know.

No biggy, but my OBDII port also doesn't work. no power to it. Im unsure what to think.
