Your flasher probably died. It is located behind the knee bolster right next to the A/C controls. It's a $2 part at your local parts store.Jason McCallister, Founder & Webmaster
West Tennessee F-Body Association, Inc.

2000 Camaro - Details

Re: Turn Signal Problem!!!! Wont work at all!!
Similar happened to me, the turn signal arrow would go on, but no flashing, clicking, or working turn signal. Ended up that my front bulb just burnt out. The flasher units in our cars are based off of a metal strip that bends when it heats up, breaking the connection, cooling, and then contacting again, and repeating. When my bulb was burn out, the arrow was still going on, but the issue was that the piece of metal did not have enough current flowing through it to break contact and repeat. Replace the out bulb, and you have more current, hence more heat, and the flasher works properly again. I suggest you just replace your bulbs. mine didn't look burnt out at all, fillament was intact, but upon replacement, everything worked flawlessly.
