    tweeter placement

    where is a good place to mount tweeters? so far im going with somewhere on the dash. but i really like the idea of having tweeter pods on the door, right next to the side mirror kinda like this:

    i know some newer cars have these stock. i have an 00 v6 camaro and need some ideas!! anyone know where i could buy tweeter pods? or get them custom built like that?

    is this just the tweeters? or are the tweeters part of a component set?

          if they are part of a component set it is best to keep them within 8'' of the mid range speaker.
