Will I be able to hear my bazooka tub in deep part of trunk? I also thought about putting it in the back window of my car if it makes a (BIG DIFFERENCE)? The size of it is 6.5 and I am getting it put in on the 10th so I have to make up my mind if its going in the back window or in the deep part of the trunk. What do you guys think?????????????? You should be able to hear it. I would think the trunk would act like a box. The only way to try it is to put it in both places and see which one sounds better. Put it in the trunk. Putting it in the window is bad because:
1) Its easily visible to thieves
2) It will roll around and fall into the back/seat anyways
3) Lower frequencies have long distances from crest to crest of a wavelenght. The farther it is away from you, the more space is allowed for lower frequencies to fully develop, and therefore not sound like crap.
Go for the trunk
