I have two base line Fosgate 10" subs with 125x2 at 4 ohms running to them now. I want to replace them with a single 10" Infinity Kappa sub (250 W RMS, 1000 MAX!) If I bridge the amp it will put 500x1 at 4 ohms, would it beat a lot better than the current setup i have?? I know it would last a lot longer, it has a ceramic composite backing with aluminum and a butyl rubber surround compared to the paper backed Fosgate with the cheap foam surrounds. Need opinions please!
