  • Monsoon amp removal

I've redone my factory system, and I'm about to throw in a pair of 10" Alpine Type R's. So I decided to get rid of the 4" speakers and tweeters in the hatch area. The door and backseat speakers all run from a 4-channel amp, but the guy who wired it up left the hatch speakers running off the Monsoon amp. How do you disconnect the Monsoon amp from its power source?

Still have the factory headunit? Since your 6.75"s are already running off an aftermarket 4-channel amp, just tear it out! How is the 4-channel hooked to the headunit? RCA? Line level inputs?
