Now I got a question for you :D Since it seems you want to use the max draw number as a way to judge your system's electrical requirements, how is this dual setup going to help? I believe it said that the two alternators are completely isolated, the factory system provides power to the all of the factory car equipment, and the second one provides power to the added accessories such as a stereo.
Now if your high output alternator cannot handle the amps now, you are still going to have a single high output alternator for the amps with this setup. I know you won't have the standard vehicle electronics to power, but that draw is much smaller when compared to the 300A+ you are talking about.
This isn't ment to be an attack on your choices, but I am curiious at to how you feel this will help you. If you do go for the dual setup I hope it works out well for you.
