ALright guys, I blew my Lanzar amp (mistake buying one in the first place) so I'm looking at the JBL 1200.1, my queston is, will I be able to run it at 1 ohm? Or should I spend the extra 200 for a Kicker?

you do know that if your subs dont run at one ohm then it dosent matter if your amp does right? most subs are 4-8 ohms and ive only seen a few that were 2, so im assuming 1 ohm subs are probably going to be pretty expencive!I\'m so used to doing so much with so little, I can do anything with everything!

Well there is plenty of ways to get a one ohm load you dont have to have one ohm speakers... e.g. if you have two 2ohm speakers you can wire them parallel and yield a one ohm load...if you have two d4 ohm speakers you could wire the voice coils in parallel and from there wire those two parallel with the amp...and so on ahd so forth...here this link will show you
