I am interested in putting a custom box with 2 12"s back there in the ttop holes and I was wondering what is the biggest box I can make size wise. Any input is appreciated thanks!

Judging from what I have done with my well boxes, you'll only get at most 3 cubic feet total unless you remove the side hatch panels. That is for a wood box. Fiberglass would yield more volume for sure.
