  • I really need help installing...

Hey ya'll, I need some help. I just ordered some reversed indiglo gauges for my Camaro and I don't know how to install them. Does anyone know how to install them or know where I can learn how to install them? They can be found at... this webpage. I tried calling some places and they were either too scared to attempt it or they didn't do that. Any help would be great! I really want to get them installed A.S.A.P. because they are just sitting in my room! Thanx, Alex.

Its pretty simple actually...just tear down the dash to get to the guages...then this is a simple overlay..I used double sided tape to make sure tha it stays in place and that all my lights match up...once you do that you need to splice the power wire to a 12v source (I used the interior accent light wire so that it just turns on when my headlights are on...on my 93 this is the brown wire going into the headlight switch harness) then put it all back together ;)

i installed a kit like this and it is a little tricky to wire it and take apart the right parts. I would find u the link for instructions but i lost it and im lazy so do what i did and go to google and search indiglo installation firebird or camaro cuz im guessing the wiring is the same

Also i didnt need to use tape because i put a faceplate over the gauges and i think that looks better and is less distracting than a full glowing dash-but im not sure if that set is the same where the whole thing glows--just an opinion for ya
