Ok my lift suports in my car were wearing down and so I replaced them now when I turn up my system my hatch radlles... sounds like one of the homy cars that drive by and there trunks raddle...
I have tried ajusting the trunk bye those two rubbers in the back and checked the lining and it was good. thinking about checking the hatch adjustments and see if they came lose not shure thow...

I was wondering if enyone else has come to this problem and what did you do to fix it?

If it is the hatch that's rattling, you can lower the catch and that will tighten things up a bit.

Remove the carpet from around the catch and find the bolt holding it in. The hole is slotted so you can move the entire catch mechanism up and down.

Loosen the bolts and lower it about 1/16th of an inch at a time. If you get to the point where you have to slam it REALLY hard to get it to latch, you've gone too far. If that doesn't fix it, it's proably not the hatch itself, but something else back there.

    Good luck!

My problem was the rear lights. I had to put a few strips of electrical tape behind the light then put it back on. That took care of a my rattle.

Edit: Might not be your problem but I thought I should say something anyway just incase.
