I just built a box for my camaro with about 2.75 cubic feet of airspace. Got 2 12"s that gives them about 1.25 each after accounting for subs and stuff. I didnt build a partition in it unfortunatly. I was wandering if it would be better to go back and put a partition in it or convert it to a ported type of box.
thanks

Are both the subs the same brand and age? Are both the subs running off the same amp? Then no need for a partition. Don't know what subs they are and I don't know what freq you plan to tune to, but I don't think you have enough room to port. Remember to account for the port displacment in your box.

Exactly. That's why I said I doubt you have enough room.
But why would box volume change for a sealed box? hehehehe Just pokin at ya! :D

The subs are Kenwood KFC 3005's i think the silver ones. Umm there not the same age because i got them off of two different ebay auctions. one is in prestine shape and the other is wore a little. The amp is an old kenwood 2 channel. KAC-820. Old but that thing will lock down a set of tens and my old bazooka 12's that got stolen.
Thanks
